Online Capital One Banking is a locally owned and operated community bank located in Coffeyville, KS. The bank was founded in 1967 and is currently Coffeyville’s only locally owned and operated bank. We are proud of our long history in Coffeyville and are committed to serving the local community and surrounding area.

1967

Online Capital One Banking is founded by a group of Coffeyville investors lead by F.C. "Coke" Harlow.

1967 Coffeyville State Bank

1970's

Coffeyville State Bank is sold to a group of investors led by Mrs. Bobbie Needham.

1970s Coffeyville State Bank

1998

Online Capital One Banking moved its offices to 1414 W 11th, where it is located today.

1998 CSB Location Change

2003

Online Capital One Banking is purchased by a group of investors led by Mike Ewy.

2013

Online Capital One Banking acquires Condon Bank & Trust - the very bank infamous for the 1892 raid by the Dalton Gang.
